What are the immediate consequences? Well, for the time being, there are none! This is the perfect time to go!
At least, that’s the case in the short term. Following a series of twists and turns, the UK is no longer a member of the European Union since February 1. However, the separation is proceeding smoothly… Until December 31, 2020, there is a transition period in place during which the UK will continue to adhere to EU regulations.
What does this mean for us? It means that no new measures will be implemented before December 31, 2020, and we are still free to work and travel to the United Kingdom without any hindrance.
