Jeanne & Nolwenn have chosen to share their two adventures with Roast Jobs agency.
They embarked on two consecutive summer journeys, with their paths first crossing in Ireland and then reuniting in the sunny destination of Cyprus for the second summer.
Both experiences offered unique and enriching encounters with different cultures, work environments, local populations, landscapes, and more.
They not only gained new skills and knowledge in their respective fields but also honed their English proficiency.
They wished to recount their adventures and sherry some photographs with us:
“My three months in Ireland were the most wonderful three months of my life! During my time there, I achieved everything: I spoke English, discovered my happy place where I felt more alive than ever, and forged a friendship with Jeanne, who is now my best friend. Ireland, to me, was a land of kindness, conviviality, dancing in pubs, live music, bike rides, seaside picnics, expansive meadows, and a job at a family-run hotel. It wasn’t an overstatement to say that I couldn’t have dreamed of a better first experience abroad.”
“The following summer, Jeanne and I ventured to Cyprus for two months. It was a fantastic opportunity to continue refining our English skills and explore the island’s turquoise waters, archaeological sites, sandy beaches, and mountain villages. Our heart still lies in Ireland, but we enjoyed a fantastic summer together in Cyprus, and we are immensely grateful to Roast Jobs for making it all possible!”
